Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms of Use govern the conditions and operations related to the services provided by SINWON Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).
Article 2 – Definitions
The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:
- Member: A user who agrees to the Site’s terms, provides personal information, registers as a member, enters into a usage agreement with the Site, and uses its services.
- Usage Agreement: A contract entered into between the Site and a Member regarding the use of the Site.
- Member ID (ID): A unique combination of letters and numbers assigned to each Member for identification and service access.
- Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the Member to verify identity and protect rights.
- Administrator: The person responsible for operating the Site.
- Termination: The act of a Member canceling the usage agreement.
Article 3 – Supplementary Policies
The Administrator may announce separate operational policies when necessary. In the event of conflict between these Terms and the operational policies, the latter shall prevail.
Article 4 – Formation of Usage Agreement
- The usage agreement is established upon the Administrator’s approval of a membership application and the applicant’s agreement to these Terms.
- Applicants express agreement by reading the Terms and selecting “Agree” during registration.
Article 5 – Service Application
- Applicants must provide all requested information (ID, password, nickname, etc.) during registration.
- Members who register false or stolen information have no rights related to Site use and may be subject to legal penalties.
Article 6 – Privacy Policy
The Site and Administrator do not retain Members’ passwords and follow the Site’s Privacy Policy. Personal information is protected in accordance with applicable laws and the Site’s policy.
The Administrator is not responsible for information exposure due to Member negligence. Illegal content may be submitted to relevant authorities upon request.
Article 7 – Administrator’s Responsibilities
- The Administrator shall promptly address valid complaints or suggestions. If immediate resolution is not possible, notification will be provided via message or email.
- The Administrator shall ensure stable service operation and request repairs or recovery in case of system failure. Service may be temporarily suspended due to force majeure.
Article 8 – Member Responsibilities
- Members must comply with these Terms, operational policies, and applicable laws, and must not interfere with the Site’s operations or damage its reputation.
- Members may not transfer or assign service rights or usage agreements without explicit consent.
- Members must manage their ID and password carefully and may not allow third-party use without consent.
- Members must not infringe on intellectual property rights of the Site, Administrator, or third parties.
Article 9 – Service Hours
- Services are available 24/7 unless technical or operational issues arise. Scheduled maintenance will be announced on the Site.
- Services may be suspended without prior notice in emergencies, force majeure events, or excessive traffic.
- In such cases, the Site will notify Members in advance or afterward if prior notice is not possible.
Article 10 – Termination of Servicev
- Members may terminate the usage agreement by submitting a cancellation request online.
- Upon termination, related programs are automatically deleted, and the Administrator can no longer access the Member’s information.
Article 11 – Restrictions on Service Use
Members must not engage in the following activities. Violations may result in service suspension or termination:
- Registering false information
- Interfering with or impersonating other users
- Infringing on rights or disrupting operations
- Unauthorized use of another Member’s ID
- Collecting or disclosing personal information without consent
- Engaging in criminal or illegal activities
Article 12 – Management of Posts
- The Administrator is responsible for managing posts and must monitor and delete inappropriate content. Members are responsible for their own posts.
- Posts may be deleted or moved without consent if requested by public institutions.
- Inappropriate content includes:
- Defamation or insults
- Obscene or offensive material
- Promotion of illegal activities
- Commercial advertisements
- Copyright infringement
- Other violations of law
- Posts may be temporarily suspended if a third party requests removal due to rights infringement, pending resolution.
Article 13 – Preservation of Posts
If the Site is discontinued, the Administrator will notify Members and take steps to preserve and transfer posts.
Article 14 – Copyright of Posts
- Copyright of posts belongs to the Member. The Site may not use posts commercially without consent, except for non-profit purposes.
- Members may not commercially use materials obtained through the Site.
- The Administrator may delete or refuse posts that violate Article 12 without prior notice.
Article 15 – Liability for Damages
- Members are primarily responsible for any civil or criminal liability arising from their use of the Site.
- The Site is not liable for damages caused by force majeure or Member negligence.
Article 16 – Disclaimer
- The Administrator is not liable for failure to meet Member expectations or damages from data selection/use.
- The Administrator is not liable for service disruptions caused by telecommunications providers.
- The Administrator is not responsible for Member-posted content.
- The Administrator is not liable for service issues caused by Member fault.
- The Administrator is not responsible for Member interactions or transactions.
- The Administrator does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of content.
- The Administrator is not liable for damages from Member-to-Member or Member-to-third-party transactions.
- The Administrator is not responsible for disputes between Members or third parties.
- The Administrator is not liable for system failures or damages caused by uncontrollable events such as cyberattacks or viruses.
Supplementary Provision
These Terms shall take effect as of October 31, 2025.
Privacy Policy
1. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
(1) Website Membership Registration and Management
To verify membership intent, identify and authenticate users for membership-based services, maintain and manage membership status, implement limited identity verification, prevent unauthorized use of services, confirm legal guardian consent for processing personal information of children under 14, and provide notifications and grievance handling.
(2) Provision of Goods or Services
For product delivery, service provision, issuance of contracts and invoices, content delivery, personalized services, identity and age verification, payment processing and settlement, and debt collection.
(3) Grievance Handling
To verify the identity of complainants, confirm complaint details, conduct fact-finding communications, and notify processing results.
2. Items of Personal Information Collected
User ID, name, password, address, mobile phone number, email address, and legal guardian information for users under the age of 14.
3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Until membership withdrawal. However, if retention is required by applicable laws, personal information will be stored for the duration specified by those laws. Details are available in the Privacy Policy.
